The XR 300 rotators are designed for attachment to material handling machines and excavators . XR300 is the smallest model in the XR rotators series, which includes models with maximum static loads from 30,000 kg to 85,000 kg and torques from 3,000 Nm to 7,000 Nm . All XR rotators are suitable for pendulum suspension and permanent attachment.

The XR 300 rotators from INDEXATOR are permanently or gimbal - mounted on material handlers and Excavator . The modular structure makes the XR 300 rotators particularly robust . The motor is floating in the housing . This keeps twisting and loads away from the engine . The entire construction of the XR 300 rotators is designed to transfer the loads via the outer stable housing and through the large slewing crane bearings . The powerful vane motors are insensitive to torsional forces that come from outside, for example when long girders or tree trunks are swiveled.

The compact rotator XR 300 is suitable for material handlers with an oscillating suspension with an operating weight of approx. 20-35 t . The Safe Work Load (SWL) is 3.0 t for difficult applications such as scrap , 4.5 t for round timber and 9.0 t for handling individual pieces .

As a permanent fixture , the XR 300 can be used with sorting universal and demolition grabs on excavators with an operating weight of up to approx. 11 t .
