Buy CLARK TRACKS bogie tracks for soil protection online

One of the outstanding strengths of the CLARK TRACKS product range is the floor protection belts . The focus is on the TXL150 base plate with its large, profiled surface. The base plate is so stable that one-sided extensions> 200 mm are possible without technical restrictions . As a result, a base plate with a width of 1000 mm for many forwarders and combination machines in thinning can be implemented without any problems, and the available installation space on the machine is used optimally . The large , profiled surface can transmit enormous tensile forces with almost no slippage , which reliably prevents the formation of lanes even on damp clay soils .

Here you will find the various CLARK TRACKS models with a focus on soil protection .

TXL150

TXL150 offers the lowest contact surface pressure of all CLARK TRACKS forest tapes! The large and profiled surface enables the heaviest loads to be transported on soft ground and the creation of deep lanes is safely avoided. Because of the good transmission of tensile force, the tape is also suitable for low mountain ranges. You can order the tape with different spike options to improve lateral guidance , for example in snow . Without spikes , you can drive the belt over asphalt without leaving any traces . The typical track widths for the 710 / 45-26.5 are 800 mm , 930 mm and 1,000 mm . The best-selling track pad width is 1,000 mm , which results in an outside width of 3,300 mm for many forwarders . Many customers confirm that the outside width is usually not a problem , but the benefits are enormous . TXL150 with a width of 1,000 mm is the right choice for forwarders from 10 t on the rear axle for use in low mountain ranges and in the lowlands .

TXCL

TXCL is a combination of the already presented base plate TXL150 and the model TL85 . The suitability for slopes is further improved by the greater distance between the base plates . The belt is very suitable as a soil- protecting universal belt for year-round use on harvesters and Combination machine . Even with medium snow depths , TXCL is a good choice .

Terra FX (TXFX)

The TXFX is a combination of the TXL150 and FX . FX is based on the particularly stable base plate TL95 , in addition two 75 mm wide cross bars made of RL50 material are welded on . Two spikes are also welded onto the TXL150 base plate in order to achieve additional traction and lateral guidance . The tape runs on the spikes on solid ground and leaves little marks . The spikes press into the forest floor and thus ensure enormous propulsion . TXFX is used on medium and heavy forwarders . It is well suited for slope forwarders on the rear axle .

TXGL

TXGL is the floor - protecting belt from CLARK TRACKS for harvesters, combination machines and slope forwarders. It combines the load capacity of the TXL150 with the climbing ability of the GL84 . It unfolds its full strength on loamy , deep soils combined with slopes . Deep lanes are avoided while always having a secure grip . The tape is suitable for year-round use in the mountains .

What should you pay particular attention to when using forest belts?

To be safe and productive, you need a good tensioning tool for the ligaments. The Clark QTT400 tensioner is suitable for a large number of belts (without widening). Combined with a powerful cordless impact wrench , this is quick and easy . We also use the hydraulic belt tensioner from Havel for the assembly of belts , which is very strong and therefore fast.

Choose a tape that fits your type of tire . If you are not sure whether an existing tape fits your type of tire, take a colleague to observe it and try it out together. You observe whether the belt runs safely on the tire when cornering and when driving over obstacles on one side. A well- fitting tape has 2 cm of air on each side of the tire wall . The shape of the band corresponds to the curvature of the tire . Take a look at the tire after driving approx. 300 m : Do you see friction points or even traces ? If so , dismantle the tape , otherwise the tires will be damaged . If this is not the case, try further and see if everything fits well.

Make sure that the belts do not touch any stanchions , rumble signs or other parts , even when they are maximally twisted . Ride with maximum air pressure .

Would you like to buy tracks to protect the floor ? Then please do not hesitate to contact us . We will advise you in detail and inform you about the right belt for your application.
