The Skogsgrip model

Skogsgrip is an open chain with particularly good self-cleaning properties. Thanks to the U-spikes , it offers good grip . Skogsgrip is easy to pull on and take off. The manufacture from case-hardened boron steel makes them particularly wear -resistant.

The Skogsgrip model is available in two versions for forest machines:

• Skogsgrip 130 with 16 mm U-spikes for machines from 4 t to 8 t and 9 t to 11 t
• Skogsgrip 160 with butt-welded 19 mm U-spikes for machines from 9 t to 11 t, 12 t to 15 t and 16 t to 20 t

The Superstud model

Thanks to the butt-welded U-spikes, Superstud offers very good grip . The manufacture from case-hardened boron steel makes them particularly wear -resistant.

Superstud 130 TS is a particularly popular version . It offers very good grip thanks to the 16 mm butt-welded U-spikes. An additional chain protects the sidewall of the tire . The running net is narrower than in the standard version . This protects against damage from sharp stones or tree stumps . The fit is perfect .

All TS versions have an additional, smooth- running tension chain .

The Superstud model is available for forest machines in five versions :

The Multistud model

Multistud is the best chain when great traction and safety are required on slopes and the chain is frequently assembled and disassembled .

The effect of the transverse 16 mm U-spikes on the Multistud 130 TS and 19 mm on the Multistud 160 TS is reinforced by the upright spikes . There are always enough spikes engaged .

Nevertheless, Multistud is not too dense and too heavy. It performs well on rock , brushwood and clay soils .

The Piggelin Flex model

Piggelin Flex HD is the price-performance winner for chains for professional forestry use in Central Europe and has proven itself in use on many skidders , combination machines and forwarding tractors.

The running net consists of interwoven 11 mm links that lie flat on the tire . A spike is attached to the front and back of each link . Due to the net construction , the spikes do not twist and there are always many spikes in engagement .

The chains roll well on the forest road and also on asphalt roads and enable a high driving speed . The side chains are welded.

In the HD version , the connection between the chain mesh and the side chains is welded .

The dual version has a double diamond pattern and is therefore particularly suitable for professional use in Forestry .
